It may surprise you to know that this is THE most asked question! haha Joking aside, we rely on these devices and we repair most common Apple iPhone problems with 1 hour such as screens and batteries, straight forward charging problems, speakers etc.
Yes if you would like the guaranteed 1 hour service, if you do not book then we will always do our best to fit you in but we do get incredibly busy. If you purchase the repair through our website then it will give you the option to book a time and date to come in and the bonus us that we have your details and payment so the service will be even quicker!
You shouldn’t – in fact it is extremely rare for data loss BUT it does happen. So we always recommend that you backup your device before you bring it in. In fact we recommend you always backup your device as you never know when it could go wrong. I know, I sound like your Mum! but sometimes they are right! haha
You can indeed, we have 2 stores open 6 days a week. We will always do our best to get it repair super fast for you but we are always extremely busy. If you want to get a fast turnaround then call ahead (numbers on our Contact Us page) just to ensure we have the parts etc.

There isn’t much that we cannot repair, however sometimes it does happen that there is no repair possible. In the event that this happens then we abort the repair and do not charge you, that would be poo! However, there are some exceptional circumstances where we do charge, and that is when we have taken your device in for water damage, board level repair or unknown repair. We charge a minimal diagnosis fee of around £25 as we are guaranteed to spend at least 1 hour minimum (usually a lot longer) and we have to pay our experts for their time so we do ask for a fee to cover some of their time.

Hell yeah! We have a great cloud based repair ticketing system that will deliver updates to you from the minute we book you in. We also know that being without your mobile device is tough so we are always on the end of the phone or social media messenger to answer your questions and give a progress report.
No, we do not. Why? because NOBODY legally can! We use the best possible parts available on the market and we have so much confidence in those parts and we offer a HUGE 12 months warranty. We work closely with Trading Standards to ensure complete compliance, their rules state that nobody can claim genuine or even OEM parts from Apple (even if they somehow do) because Apple DO NOT officially sell parts, period. Anyone doing so is not legally compliant with UK Trading Standards law and should be avoided.
We like to be extremely fair, our warranty covers parts for failure or malfunction and have an amazingly easy and simple returns procedure as faults do happen and this can really stress people out. There are limits though, our screens are covered for things like LCD failure or touch problems but we do not cover physical or accidental damage I am afraid. However, we always recommend just getting in touch no matter what the issue so we can try and help.
iPads do take a little longer due to the tricky nature of opening them up, cleaning them down and then gluing the screens down properly afterwards. These can take up to 5 hours so we usually quote about 24 hour turn around for iPads but can sometimes be repaired on the same day if arrived with us early enough.

We repair most common Apple iPad problems with 5 hour such as screens and batteries, straight forward charging problems, speakers etc. Depending on what time the mail arrives with us on mail in repairs then we try and repair and dispatch the following day (within 24 hours) if not then it will be the latest of the following day (within 48 hours) but please note that these are quoted as working days that we get courier deliveries and pickup which is Monday to Friday at the moment.
Once you have placed your repair order through our website and paid then you will received an email with all of the details that you need to be able to send it in. Part of this is to let us know when it is on its way so we can book it in when it arrives.
You most certainly can! We can get DPD to deliver it to wherever there is someone to sign for it. Make sure there is an adult to sign for it as it may delay delivery.
We ALWAYS recommend that it is sent fully insured and requiring a signature. One of the best ways it to use Royal Mail special delivery or a well known courier if you have access to it. They are quick too so the time you are without your device is minimised.
YES! New service that we now offer is to use our courier DPD to pickup and deliver it back to you, making it amazingly convenient for you. Picking up from your home or work etc. Once you have placed your repair order through our website, the pickup service is a little more expensive, we get in touch quickly to organise a time and place that suits you for pickup. You just need to box it up and wait.

When you place the order then part of that is your name, address and contact details for a smooth running repair. We will also get you to email in separately (not included in with your device) the passcode so that we can fully check in and check out your device. Do not worry, we have an extremely strict data privacy policy and fully registered and complaint with the ICO.
